Welcome to the InstaSplit Challenge! #instashealthsplit. This has been a dream of mine since I was able to do a side split in my preteen years. This is going to be a very challenging, yet rewarding journey for all of us! However, you will have to be dedicated to take 10 min per day to do your part. Don’t force it because flexibility takes time. Take it one step at a time and enjoy the daily journey. You will need to stretch for at least 10 min a day if you’re serious about getting into the splits in 1 month. But let me assure you right now that this feat is not impossible! Get excited because we’re going to get there together 🙂 Thank you to Anna McNulty for giving such an amazing routine to us to try!

Here is the plan:

2. It says 2 weeks but I think it is safe to say that we need at least 30 days. Stick to the 30 days. Do not skip a single day. Promise? That’s how you’ll get into the splits. Every day I want you to post a picture of the pose of the day as a sign that you did your stretches.

Yes, this is dedication! You will feel so happy, accomplished, and just VICTORIOUS! The bonus is that it does help with pain issues as well! Listen to your body and don’t push it. take your time and enjoy the journey! I’ll be cheering you on!
