The above weights are based on the average dressed weight of a goat, which means the initial hanging weight of the sides before butchering. Your order balance will be based on the actual weight of your particular goat. If you want to keep the bones, we can include them upon request.
A typical whole goat hanging weight is 45-55 pounds depending on the age and breed. Order will contain cubed bone-in meat between 1-3 inches.
