Generally, we take 2 days to process and it is shipped out. The time from there is determined by the carrier of choice. For local pick-ups, it is usually right away. Just email or call.
We will accept returns on our sealed items, however, because our products are for personal hygiene use, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that we sell without seals.
