How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Generally, we take 2 days to process and it is shipped out. The time from there is determined by the carrier of choice. For local pick-ups, it is usually right away. Just email or call.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will accept returns on our sealed items, however, because our products are for personal hygiene use, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that we sell without seals.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you already placed your order and need to change your shipping address, email us with your request right away and our customer service agents will confirm with you the change before shipment dispatches.

How do I track the status of my order?

An email will be sent to you after you place your order. As soon as tracking is available, you will receive it via email. you can click on the link and track your order.

How can I get my questions answered?

Contact us either by email or phone and we will be happy to answer any of your questions to the best of our ability.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Simply go back and edit.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within North America but am in the process of setting up international shipping. if you are an international patron, please contact us. We want to do all we can to make our products available to all that desire it. We will make a way!

Will my items come in one package?

To minimize the cost, we will ship in one package for small orders. However, if your order is large, we may use more than one package to ship it to you.
